For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request a photo or video to confirm the issue.

Returns for other items may be accepted if the product is:

  • unused and in its original packaging
  • not older than 14 days from the date of purchase
  • complete with all accessories

You will be responsible for the return courier fee for non-defective items. Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days once the item has been received and inspected.

We cannot refund or exchange items that:

  • are older than 14 days
  • have been opened, worn, or damaged by misuse
  • are missing parts

If you need assistance with a product, you can contact us for guidance. We are not responsible for incorrect use of a product or physical reactions caused by any material or accessory.
